i think you should ask your doctor first just to be sure. they say that yoga can help one relax so maybe it would be a good form of exercise for you
Hi.

I am wondering if yoga can prevent the panic attacks that I am having. My cousin ask me to try doing yoga but I don't know where to start or if I have to check first with my doctor. Please advise. Thanks.
