I would be interested to hear about how and if people work tantric principals or practice into their yoga practice. Any thoughts?

Greetings!

I have used and created online yoga resources for the last 5 years, and was wondering what the community thought about online yoga videos and online yoga practice in general? Your ideas and feedback are greatly appreciated!

At least once a week, but probably no more than once a day. Though I do know people who do yoga in the morning and meditation at night.

Hi friend,
As Buddhism spread from India across many parts of Asia, it absorbed many local religious beliefs and traditions in keeping with its ideals of tolerance. Therefore Buddhist practices differ widely in various parts of the world.
_________________
blue shield application
