I don't know how much is necessary, but I usually rest about 24 hours, because I don't do Yoga more than once a day. _________________ www.complimentarymatters.com |

I don't purposely rest a certain amount of time between workouts, but I almost never do more than one yoga practice a day. _________________ Natural Weight Loss Blog |

Rest is important. I too indulge in Yoga once a day and don't forget to drink lots of water. _________________ Jay Franco,

I think there is no accurate rest needed as long as you are rested enough to start again. _________________ Hardtail |

| At first I was doing yoga in a class twice a week and it seemed a good amount of rest, but I think 24 hours would have probably been sufficient for my body, was just too busy to do it every morning. |

At least once a week, but probably no more than once a day. Though I do know people who do yoga in the morning and meditation at night.
